These Terms govern your use of the Deal Pal™ mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law.
You must be at least 16 years old (or lower if permitted by local law). Parental consent is required where applicable.
You are responsible for account security. Accounts may be suspended for violations.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Deal Pal a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute content solely for operating, improving, and promoting the App. Public visibility expires after approximately 24 hours.
Location access is optional and requires explicit permission.
Deal Pal is not affiliated with retailers. Store names, trademarks, and product names are used for identification purposes only. Deal Pal is not affiliated with or endorsed by any retailer unless expressly stated. User-submitted information may be inaccurate or outdated.
Recognition features have no monetary value and may be modified or discontinued.
You may not misuse the App, submit unlawful content, or violate applicable laws.
All App content and software are owned by Deal Pal Inc. or licensors.
Access may be suspended or terminated for violations.
The App is provided "as is," to the extent permitted by law.
Liability is limited to CAD $100, except where consumer protection law prohibits limitation.
You agree to indemnify Deal Pal to the extent permitted by law.
Use of the App is governed by the Privacy Policy.
Ontario law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
Terms may be updated with notice.

The App may display advertisements, sponsored content, promoted listings, or other monetized content.
Advertising may be contextual and will not involve cross-app tracking without consent where required by law. Users may see ads regardless of whether they enable personal advertising. Deal Pal does not sell personal information or share personal data such as email addresses or precise location with advertisers without consent.
Deal Pal is not responsible for advertiser content or claims. Advertising practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
Where permitted by law, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized Canadian arbitration body. Users may opt out within 30 days of first use. Arbitration does not apply where prohibited by law. Nothing in this section limits a user's right to file a complaint with applicable consumer protection authorities or seek relief in small claims court where permitted by law.
Deal Pal is not responsible for third-party services or content.
Deal Pal is not liable for disruptions beyond reasonable control.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective.
You agree to comply with applicable export laws.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement.
Nothing creates a partnership, agency, or employment relationship.
Deal Pal may assign its rights. Users may not without consent.
